Refunds & Returns
We want you to love what you ordered from Eye 4 Eye. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all tags attached
- Free from stains, odours, damage, or signs of wear
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Items We Can’t Return
For hygiene reasons, some items are non-returnable, including:
- Underwear
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
- Earrings/jewellery (if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
How to Start a Return
If you’d like to return an item, just email us at eye4eye.cy@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
We’ll get back to you with the next steps.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can process your return correctly.
Return Shipping
Cyprus orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs or import fees related to the return.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Received something damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at eye4eye.cy@gmail.com, along with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible with a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, the quickest option is to return your order and place a new one.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they’ve been shipped. Once dispatched, they’ll need to go through our normal returns process.
