Dana Productions is an independent music and entertainment enterprise based in Cyprus, committed to artist development, genre-blending sound, and pushing creative boundaries.
Originally founded as Studio Dana by Gilt in 2014, the company began as a grassroots initiative in Luton, UK. With a strong focus on community and experimentation, Gilt opened his home studio to emerging local artists, offering free sessions to help them develop their craft. This formative period, spanning from 2014 to 2017, was what Gilt calls a “test run” for both himself and what would eventually become Dana Productions—resulting in a vast catalogue of unreleased material and invaluable experience.
After gaining traction through a successful string of collaborations—most notably with affiliate Pronto—Dana Productions made its unofficial debut in 2018 with the release of “Where’s All the Lyricists” by Pash, a single that stirred significant buzz in both Cyprus and the UK.
Meanwhile, across the continent in Cyprus, Pash was developing his own voice and sound, recording music in his home studio and building momentum online via YouTube and SoundCloud. Long-time friends since childhood, Gilt and Pash began collaborating during Gilt’s trips to Cyprus—collaborations that naturally evolved into a formal partnership.
In April 2019, the two officially joined forces, solidifying Dana Productions as a shared venture. For Gilt, bringing Pash into the fold was a no-brainer:
“Something along them lines was bound to happen. Pash brought in a lot that DP was missing at the time.”
Today, Dana Productions stands as a forward-thinking collective with deep roots, a growing roster, and an unwavering dedication to building an international legacy from the ground up.
