Refunds & Returns

We want you to love what you ordered from Eye 4 Eye. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all tags attached
• Free from stains, odours, damage, or signs of wear

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns that don’t meet these conditions.

Items We Can’t Return

For hygiene reasons, some items are non-returnable, including:

• Underwear
• Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
• Earrings/jewellery (if applicable)
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

If you’d like to return an item, just email us at eye4eye.cy@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return

We’ll get back to you with the next steps.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can process your return correctly.

Return Shipping

Cyprus orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs or import fees related to the return.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Received something damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at eye4eye.cy@gmail.com, along with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue

We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible with a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, the quickest option is to return your order and place a new one.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they’ve been shipped. Once dispatched, they’ll need to go through our normal returns process.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Times

We currently offer international shipping via UPS.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• International Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, weather, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order value and destination. Typical shipping fees are as follows:

Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery through UPS.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.

Delays

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, courier disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the matter with UPS.
